Ring - Boulevard of the Viennese

The Ring is Vienna's most magnificent boulevard, lined with the classic sights of Vienna. Along this 4.2 km long street you will find imposing buildings such as the State Opera, the Kunsthistorisches Museum and the Parliament. Originally intended as a city wall, the Ring was transformed into a prestigious boulevard in the middle of the 19th century. Start your walk from the hotel, preferably along Josefstädterstraße or Alserstraße - 2 shopping streets around the hotel.
