The smell of coffee is in the air - you opt for the fruity juice. The fresh pâté comes out of the kitchen, you reach for the vegan spread. The home-baked bread is on the buffet, you go for the Bircher muesli. You are offered a freshly baked cake, you prefer the sparkling wine. Anything is possible. Everything is there. For a good start.
And best of all: we try to bake, cook, smoke, harvest and pick as much as possible ourselves. We buy locally, have bees on the roof, eggs from our own chickens and sometimes our own meat.
And at the weekend we often have live music.
