You don't have to be a brave little tailor to feel right at home in our Knize room! The beginning of KNIZE's illustrious history dates back to the 19th century, when the imperial family used the services of this tailor's workshop in Vienna's first district and became imperial and royal court tailors. The store at Graben 13, which has remained almost unchanged to this day, was designed by architect Adolf Loos, as were the branch in Karlsbad (1921), the store on Wilhelmstraße in Berlin (1924) and the branch at Champs-Elysées 149 in Paris (1927-1928).
