Comparable rates, exceptions

The prices that are comparable to the Best Price Guarantee must be public, accessible and bookable for everyone (e.g., no group rates, special company rates, volume rates). Price fluctuations resulting from the exchange rate or different tax rates are also excluded.
How can I claim the best price guarantee?
Contact us within 24 hours after your written confirmation of the BoutiqueHOTEL Donauwalzer on firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate your reservation number. Your warranty claim (sent exclusively an e-mail) must be received by the hotel(at least) 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
Upon receipt of your email, we will verify compliance with the Best Price Guarantee terms. Within 72 hours you will receive an e-mail from the hotel and in the case of acceptance - confirmation of your new, lower rate for your booked stay.
