The beginnings of our WIENER ORIGINALE partner date back to May 14, 1824, when Anton Moser founded a card painting business in Vienna's 7th district. At that time, the production of playing cards was still a craft. The trained card painter Ferdinand Piatnik had learned this craft in Budapest and then started working in the card painting shop founded in Vienna's 7th district in 1824.
....The rest is history, and it continues to this day, 200 years later! The family business is still located in the 14th district of Vienna, in Hütteldorfer Straße, where the production facilities for the 25 million card games, 3 million games and one million puzzles are located.... And you will find some of them in your WIENER ORIGINALE room. And if you don't want to play in your room - we also have Piatnik games at our hotel bar, which is open 24 hours a day!
