The best price guarantee is valid if you find exactly the same conditions on another platform (within 24 hours after your fix booking with us). Same conditions mean: travel period, roomy type, booking conditions and also the incurred booking fees. In this case we will grant you the cheaper rate and also an additional discount of 10%.

Comparable rates, exceptions:

Our best price guarantee is applicable to the net room rate and not on package deals and packages (hotel plus any other service). The prices which are comparable for the best price guarantee must be public and accessible to everyone, and of course they have to be available (eg. no group rates, special corporate rates, volume pricing).
Also, price fluctuations resulting from the different tax rates or exchange rates are excluded.

How can I make the best price guarantee claim?

Contact us within 24 hours after you received the written confirmation from our side under info(at)donauwalzer.at. Please let us know your reservation number. 

We need to receive your warranty claim at least until 72 hours before your arrival date (only by mail). 

What's next?

After receiveing your Email we review the compliance of the conditions for the best price guarantee. Within 72 hours you will receive an email from the Hotel and in the positive case, the same confirmation of your new, lower rate for your booked stay.
