Parking for a bus

Free parking places for 2 buses directly in front of the hotel. You can use them anytime (except of rush-hours).

If the bus needs to stay for a longer period, it can be parked free of charge nearby the General Hospital (5 min walking distance).

Parking in the Hotel Donauwalzer

Parking places for your car or bike (please note the entrance width of 210 cm). Alternatively there is a car parking of the General Hospital (5 min walking distance).

Newspapers

Current newspapers are on the table in the café room every morning.

Sightseeing tours

Our reception team is always there for you to organize the sightseeing tours, to reserve the tickets or to find a proper tour guide.

Vienna Card

You can buy the Vienna Card for 18,50 EUR on our 24 h open reception. This card gives you additional benefits and discounts. The Vienna Card is also a ticket for all public transport in Vienna, valid for 72 hours.

You get also a city map, of course, to make sure you will not get lost.

W-LAN

A wireless network is available for our guests in the whole house. So you can surf, work or post you pictures right from your room.

Safe box

In case you would like to lock your laptop or other valuables, you can use our safe-boxes on the reception for free. Please note, that the hotels does not take any responsibilities for lost items.

Internet Terminal

If you do not have a laptop here, so there is an Internet terminal in the lobby.

Elevator

Our hotel possesses two elevators. One of them is a real gem – with a beautiful Art Nouveau forged grill and a popular photo motive.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles (City Bikes) at the metro station U6 Alserstraße (1 min to walk). All you need for this is a valid credit card o a debit card. One hour is even free of charge.

In case you come with your own bicycle and need to repair it, there is a specialized bicycle store right opposite the hotel.

Children

Little children up to 6 years sleep in our Hotel in free of charge, the parents can get a baby-phone (up on availability).

High chairs for the breakfast are also available. Children from the age of 7 years get price reduction.

Relaxation

Our leafy inner courtyard with loungers is woken up from a winter sleep with the first sunshine: the gold fishes get back to their pool, the fountain splashes into the late autumn and our guests meet there in the afternoon for a little chat.

Breakfast buffet

Our rich cold and hot breakfast buffet is served carefully every day and is famous in the whole district. Here you can get everything to tank-up the energy for the day: from different egg meals, through numerous spreads, cereals, yoghurts, to different cakes and breads.

But don’t drink too much of a sparkling wine, it could cause camera shakes and blurry pictures.

Hotel bar

At our 24 h open hotel bar you can always get the refreshment. It could be just a typical Viennese coffee (Melange) or a refreshing beer – our friendly staff is always glad to serve you.

Show your feet…

High-quality shoe polishing machines stand on two places in our hotel to guarantee a shining appearance. You can give up your shoes to be polished by our housekeeping, of course.

Laundry service

If you would like to wash your clothes or just have them ironed, we would be glad to do it for you.

Late check out

Do you have your flight in the evening? Would you like to enjoy Vienna until the last sunray? No problem! Please ask for our late check-our service. You can also leave you luggage on the reception until the moment you depart.

Wellness

As a perfect day round-off you can rest in our extensive wellness oasis. Let you body go limb in the sauna, relax in the IR-cabin or just let the bubbles massage you in the whirlpool.

Silence

Due to our new soundproof windows you can always enjoy the night rest, even though being located in the middle of a big city. The metropolis bustle stays outside, the silence and rest – inside.

Cool-off

In the summer all our guests have fans in their rooms. They can cool you off without harming the environment.

Wake-up service

Do you have to leave early? Unfortunately we cannot do the getting-up for you, but gladly we can do a wake up service. Alternatively there is an alarm clock in your room.

Vienna with dog

A dog exercise area is located on one block, the Danube for long walks to reach directly with the U6.

If you are traveling with your dog we offer you a bowl of food and fresh water Lieblich and a soft blanket for your disposal.
